Estate Planning Made Simple
I'm Liz Facey, and my goal is to help you manage life's important legal decisions without stress or confusion. With a focus on estate planning, wills, and trusts, I work closely with individuals and families to simplify what can feel like an overwhelming process. Whether you're setting up your first will, updating an existing document, or exploring comprehensive estate plans, I'll guide you clearly, thoughtfully, and efficiently through each step. Let's start the conversation and create a plan tailored specifically to you.
-

Do I Need a Will?
Creating a will is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your loved ones and ensure your wishes are honored. I can help you understand the benefits of having a will and make the process straightforward.
-

What Is A Trust?
A trust is a valuable tool that allows you to manage and protect your assets, both now and in the future. By setting up a trust, you can specify exactly how and when your assets are distributed, potentially avoid probate, and provide ongoing financial security for your loved ones. I can help you understand how trusts work, explore which type might suit your needs, and simplify the process every step of the way.
